1. Sponsor

The Arcus Printers Printing United Expo Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Arcus Printers, a division of Axiom America ("Sponsor"), 1110 Surrett Drive, High Point, NC 27260.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with PRINTING United Expo, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and vendors involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 9.23.26 and ends on 9.25.26 at 12:00 pm ET ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the Arcus Printers booth at PRINTING United Expo or accessing the designated Giveaway entry page.

To receive the standard Giveaway entry, participants must complete the required entry form, including:

• First name
• Last name
• Valid email address
• Zip Code
• Company/business name, if applicable
• Any other required contact information identified on the form

Upon submitting the required information, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

No purchase or payment is required.

5. Additional Giveaway / Entries

Participants may have opportunities to earn additional entries by completing eligible activities during the Giveaway Period.

Eligible bonus activities may include:

• Completing the Arcus Printers equipment and business questionnaire
• Following Arcus Printers on designated social media platforms

The number of additional entries available for each activity will be disclosed at the time the activity is offered.

Completing qualification questions or indicating an intent to purchase does not guarantee that a participant will win.

6. Business & Equipment Questionnaire

Participants may be offered additional Giveaway entries for completing a business and equipment questionnaire.

Questions may include:

• Type of printing business or operation
• Printing technologies currently used
• Equipment currently owned
• Type of printer or equipment of interest
• Estimated equipment investment range
• Expected purchase timeline
• Current production volume
• Primary production challenges
• Interest in financing
• Interest in product demonstrations, samples, pricing, training, or ROI information

Responses may be used by Arcus Printers to better understand the participant's equipment needs and, where permitted, to provide relevant sales or product information.

Answers to qualification questions do not affect the random selection of a winner, except that completing the questionnaire may provide the participant with the disclosed number of additional entries.

7. Promotional Merchandise

Sponsor may offer promotional merchandise, such as hats, shirts, stickers, sample products, or other Arcus-branded items, to eligible booth visitors who complete specified activities.

Promotional merchandise:

• Is available only while supplies last
• May be limited to one item per person
• May vary in style, size, color, or availability
• Has no cash value
• Is separate from the Giveaway prize unless otherwise stated

Receiving promotional merchandise does not affect an individual's odds of winning the Giveaway.

8. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

$5,000 Arcus Printers Production Credit

The winner may apply the credit toward an eligible Arcus Printers purchase.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.

The Production Credit:

• Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless approved by Sponsor
• Must be redeemed within 90 days after the giveaway winner is contacted on Friday, October 2nd
• May only be applied to products or services deemed eligible by Arcus Printers
• Cannot be applied retroactively to purchases completed before the winner is confirmed
• Will not result in a cash refund if the selected purchase is less than $5,000

If the purchase exceeds the value of the Production Credit, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Selection

Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, the potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Participants who earned additional eligible entries will have those entries included in the random drawing.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided on the Giveaway entry form.

The potential winner must respond and purchase the printer within 90 days of the initial notification to be valid. 

Sponsor may require the potential winner to:

• Verify identity and eligibility
• Confirm contact information
• Complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility
• Complete a liability and/or publicity release where permitted by law
• Complete any applicable tax documentation

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner or invalidate the giveaway. 

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other fees associated with accepting or using the prize.

Sponsor will issue any tax documentation required by applicable law.

12. Marketing Communications

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically require participants to consent to ongoing marketing communications unless such consent is separately and clearly requested on the entry form.

Where applicable, participants may be given the option to consent to receive promotional emails, product updates, special offers, and other communications from Arcus Printers.

Any marketing consent should be presented separately from the required Giveaway entry fields.

Participants who opt in to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.

13. Social Media

Where participants may receive bonus entries for social media activities, Sponsor may request reasonable verification that the activity was completed.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, or any other social platform.

By participating, entrants release applicable social platforms from responsibility related to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

14. Entry Restrictions

Participants may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Create multiple identities or email addresses to obtain unauthorized entries
• Use bots, automated systems, scripts, or other methods to manipulate entries
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or administration of the Giveaway
• Claim bonus entries for activities they did not complete

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants reasonably believed to violate these Official Rules.

15. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Arcus Printers privacy policy and applicable law.

Participant information may be used for:

• Administering the Giveaway
• Verifying eligibility
• Contacting potential winners
• Managing requested demonstrations or consultations
• Responding to product inquiries
• Marketing communications where the participant has provided applicable consent

16. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, promotional partners, and vendors will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries resulting from technical failures, human error, internet or network issues, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated parties from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

18. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, business name, photograph, and/or general prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
