Axiom will accept returns within 30 days of product delivery. No Return will be accepted after 30 days. We have a 15% restocking fee on stocked items and a 25% restocking fee on special ordered items. We ask that all supplies are inspected upon arrival and that we are contacted as soon as possible if anything is unsatisfactory.
For damage packages:
Keep all original packaging and advise tracking numbers of damaged items along with photographs of the product and the shipping box itself. Please advise within 72 hours of delivery if damages so that we can file a fedex claim.
